Here, at the Time Keeper Award Program, our sole purpose is to make available a means by which site designers can obtain an unbiased and thorough evaluation of their site, to award the sites that pass our criteria and offer help to those who do not win our award, when asked. The Time Keeper's mission is to recognize webmasters who have taken the time to build quality sites which are of interest to those who view sites on the Internet.
